Active at TeslaPRÜM
For more than seven years, I have worked at the intersection of complex hardware, quality and automation — from special-purpose machinery in Hamburg to technical programs at Tesla's production automation center in Prüm.
I started in Sondermaschinenbau. As lead project manager, I drove custom machines through the full project cycle: specification, mechanical design, Beckhoff TwinCAT automation, assembly, commissioning, customer acceptance and qualification.
I then moved through Quality Engineering in precision photonics at Coherent and battery production development at ARINKO, where I was responsible for line and component concepts for a European OEM.
The next step was the CTO role at BDG Testing & Automation. Today, I work as a Technical Program Manager at Tesla in the production automation center in Prüm.
Across every role, the foundation has stayed the same: full ownership from A to Z, qualification discipline, documentation that reflects reality and calm execution when timelines start to slip.
From lead project manager in special-purpose machinery at Intrex Deutschland in Hamburg, through Quality Engineering at Coherent, battery production development at ARINKO and the CTO role at BDG, to the current position as Technical Program Manager at Tesla in Prüm.
The vocabulary changes by industry. The discipline does not: stage-gates, change control, traceability, risk management, customer acceptance and documentation that can stand up to an audit.
